Walking with Intention

Will You Walk with Us?

with Barb Casper

Join us for a guided walk designed to deepen your connection with nature and awaken your senses. As we move mindfully through the landscape, we’ll explore the art of presence—tuning in to the rhythms of the earth, the whispers of the wind, and the quiet wisdom of the trees. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, and silent reflection, this walk invites you to step into intimate communion with nature, fostering inner peace, clarity, and a profound sense of belonging.

Let’s take a walk—but not just any walk. This one is different. It’s not about steps, distance, or speed. It’s about connection. With yourself. With the world around you.

We’ll use the letters of W-A-L-K as a guide:

✨ Witness the world around you.

❤️ Accept the moment as it is.

🌿 Love the experience of moving through space.

🧠 Know yourself better with every step.

About Tobico Marsh

Tobico Marsh is a natural landmark in Bay County, Michigan, just north of Bay City. It was designated as a registered National Natural Landmark in 1976 due to its large size, relatively undisturbed condition, and variety of aquatic plant life.

The marsh covers an area of 1,652 acres and is one of the largest remaining freshwater coastal wetlands on the Great Lakes.

Tobico Marsh is particularly significant for supporting migratory birds, with hundreds of thousands passing through and stopping over each spring and fall.
